COMMUNICATION AND RESPONSIVENESS
Many new clients tell us that they were disappointed
with their prior attorney's ability to timely and
effectively respond to telephone calls and written
inquiries. Although it seems simple, many attorneys fail
to promptly return phone calls or respond to emails. We
take pride in our responsiveness and we strive to
immediately reply to all telephone and written
inquiries. We understand that our clients do not want to
wait and should not wait any longer than necessary for
answers.
EXPERIENCE
Our
attorneys have over 50 years combined experience in
community association law. Our experience and
understanding of community association law allow us to
answer questions quickly and more accurately than
lawyers who do not concentrate their practice in this
area. This translates into spending less time answering
questions, which means savings for our clients.
Over the
years, different attorneys in the firm have gained a
more intimate understanding of various facets of
association law. Some of our attorneys have extensive
experience in document revisions, covenant enforcement
matters, and assessment collections, including lien and
mortgage foreclosures. Other attorneys have particular
experience in cable and satellite contracts and related
issues, and others in association litigation matters,
including construction and developer problems. As a
team, our firm is able to provide full service
representation to our clients.
FIRM SIZE
Our firm
has five attorneys, all practicing community association
country club law. We are not a large firm tying to be
all things to all clients. We are not so large that
clients get passed around from attorney to attorney, or
get passed off to a newly minted associate. However,
because there are five experienced association attorneys
in the office, we are able to cover for each other when
necessary so we can always provide prompt service to our
clients. This is something that solo practitioners are
unable to do.
COLLECTION
OF ASSESSMENTS AND LIENS
Our
assessment collections department is very efficient. We
use an automated collections computer program, and we
have seven full-time staff members whose sole job is to
handle assessment and lien matters.
TRUST
AND CONFIDENCE
At Dicker,
Krivok & Stoloff, we take pride in developing long term
relationships with our clients. We maintain
relationships with out clients even as Boards change.
We credit this continuity to the trust and confidence
that our clients have in us in providing them the very
best, most cost effective legal representation.
